My entire career relies and thrives on my ability to communicate with my players, my staff, my administration, and my community. The words I say are powerful and they have to reflect who I am with authenticity. These words manage, inspire, diffuse, teach, repair, etc. with nuance and purpose. Often, I feel confident in my ability to articulate myself with such intention. However, on the days I am uncertain, I call Betsy.
